We`re looking for an experienced freelance designer who has proven that they can maximize click through rates (CTR) for direct response IAB-standard banner ads by changing messaging, creative, colors, and/or by using dynamic banners.
Requirements:
3-5 years solid working experience in Web & interactive development; our ideal candidate has designed successful banners for a heavy direct-response company like LowerMyBills.com, NetFlix, 1800Flowers, etc
Has a good arts sense, creative minded and solid understanding of the web design process and web usability
Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design
Strong and proficient in HTML, Flash, CSS, XML with a working knowledge of AJAX, Javascript
Experience/knowledge in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator
Encompass knowledge of Flash (animation and action scripting) and motion design as well as visual/interactive/motion design trends
Ability to work closely with programmers for backend integration
Strong sense of responsibility, hard working, able to work independently and under pressure
Attention to details, self-motivated and a good team player
With proven online portfolio (must)
Previous industry awards is a bonus
